You may wish to bring along your most recent Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement and/or obtain an estimate from the pension website which can be accessed from the following:

Important note: The Government of Canada normally issues an annual Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement to all active public service pension plan members. The statement provides plan members with personal information about pension and insurance benefit entitlements and options. Statement data is drawn from both the PenFax pension and Phoenix pay systems, however, some system data may not currently be accurate. To ensure plan members do not receive inaccurate statements, the Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement that would have been available in spring 2017, will not be issued in either print or electronic format. (Until further notice.) Please see the Pension Site for further details.
Also, a recent CPP statement may be helpful. Statements may be obtained from Service Canada via the following link:

We recommend you bring a pen, highlighter, and notepad. Post-it notes may be useful as well.
Temperature fluctuations in the facility vary due to a variety of factors. It is advisable to bring a sweater or dress in layers.
We request that you refrain from using fragranced products for the duration of the course – this is out of consideration for course participants who may have severe allergies or environmental sensitivities.
