★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is too minimal : my husband almost died bc of lack of staff when he got a wheelchair strap around his throat; a staff member shaved his head and moustache without permission ; they kept him on mushed food even though he can eat finger food ; he lost 20 lbs within weeks ; they had him on opioid cocktails ; he has had too many falls and injuries to list; some staff argues with family members; nothing changed until I kicked up a stink. Be very careful when you put your loved ones in a LTC facility- watch and listen and observe. Staff is NOT properly trained to handle dementia patients. Be alert and visit often siesta at different times .
