From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The environment is bright and comfortable, I barely waited at all for my appointment. They took the time to explain the tests, and what my requirements would be. I've had many eye exams - I found this one to be thorough and well managed. The staff are very knowledgeable. Their years of experience is very apparent. Custom Eyes really do care about the health of your eyes. I was encouraged to drop in whenever I had a concern about my vision care or health. At no time did I feel rushed. There is an excellent selection of Designer Frames, and the prices were excellent and very comparable. At the time of my visit, they had a budget friendly 2 for 1 special. When I checked on their website, I noticed there were other specials offered so be sure to check often - you will be pleased that you did.. I do recommend Custom Eyes for your families vision care. I'm very happy with my experience. They make getting new glasses or contacts easy and convenient.

What a great experience! My husband initially went to custom eyes and he said he was very happy with the product and services. Being that he has to get three different frames, it’s important that he’s satisfied. In addition, he said, the “lady” that works there is awesome. Well, I attended there for my appointment today. They direct bill for Blue Cross and Greenshield. Jeannine, the “lady” that works there, was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me choose frames and was honest if something wasn’t suitable. It wasn’t just about making a sale but making sure it was suitable. I truly appreciated the service. Dr Terrabain was informative and thorough. I must say I was so happy with this experience. I highly recommend Custom Eyes!
