They neglect parking lots causing damage whilst taking zero responsibility for towing fees. Not even a month later. A car is stuck in the middle of the back lane for hours. I am calling and emailing everyone who is in charge at 778 McMillan Winnipeg MB location. Finally I get ahold of someone and it’s Camille. She requests that I call my own truck and hangs up the phone . Completely unprofessional and I am now looking to move.

Since we have been involved with Kerri, any concerns that we have had we have contacted her and she has responded quickly and has dealt with our concerns in a professional manner. She has made arrangements with contractors who in turn addressed our concerns and provided service at our residence. In our dealings with Kerri, as previously stated, she has been extremely professional, courteous , understanding, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. Your company should be proud that you have an employee of this calibrer who is the Property Manager for Country Villas.

Mara was able to manage our condo property by obtaining quotes, providing services as needed and was quick to respond in an emergency. The company had access to numerous resources. I highly recommend this company.
