I'd highly recommend taking a one hour trip down Sussex Drive into New Edinburgh and back across the Victorian Minto bridges.
Check out the smiles of the people as they react to two beautiful horses passing by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fun Covid friendly outdoor activity for the entire family!! The horses are beautiful and the owner John is a very funny guy! You can choose the carriage for a romantic tour of the city or the wagon which can take 8 to 10 ppl. Highly recommended activity!!
