★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got in a fender bender just about a week ago and immediately called CUMIS. Shawn (claims operations) made the process so easy, giving me step by step instructions and was extremely responsive to all my questions and emails. The repair shop they recommended was very quick and reliable, they made the entire process so simple and easy, I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a total sham.They are thieves and shouldn't be allowed to be called an insurance company . They blatantly steal money from clients acounts without consent .I have had thousands of dollars stolen by auto payment withdraws from my bank account without my knowledge or consent . I have been snubbed by them and took my claim all the way to an ombudsman which made me believe these people are all in cahoots and responsible for aiding in ripping off unexpecting clients .
MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THESE DESPERATE BANDITS !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I gave this company a five star rating for their customer service, I am in doubt in looking at all the customer complains on the board, this is something that I will continue to monitor before making any decisions to go with them even though they offer lower rates than what I am now paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incompetent customer service workers who shouldn't be working in insurance. They are unknowledgeable in their own packages they offer, they are inefficient and waste time when trying to quote you. I'm not even with them and I tried to get a quote from them and just from the interactions of the customer service alone I wouldn't want to deal with him when trying to make a claim so... definitely it's a no for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't refund when you've cancelled your policy before the 1st but it has gone through at the bank. They should refund the customer for this technicality but instead they steal your money. Go somewhere else!
