Well fast forward 2 months and still have never seen or heard from them so I called someone else. Not sure what their quality of work is like but clearly the care for their customers is not there. First and last time I will call them.

We recently requested an additional hot & cold water unit, fast response to our request - delivery arranged for the next day. Fantastic customer service, great job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great service from Culligan as long as I was spending money. I have bought both a water softener and a 10" Medallist Filter. I've also had an update on the filter when the main piston was sticking and had to be replaced. Now that I have more problems with the Medalist Filter and I want it removed, I've waited over 2 weeks to have my phone calls returned. I'll be happy to express pleasure with their service if I get any.
They got back to me! Seems they are so much busier, must be because people appreciate good water. They just need to get caught up - maybe they need more staff? I'll update what happens after they look into my issue next week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We built a new home , and bought the Culligan filtration system to try to make our drinking water taste good . The system worked great ... for a few months ... then the flow became reduced to a trickle over the next couple months forcing us to replace the filters .. that became a regular expensive cycle. The problem with the system is since the 3 filters are sealed you have to take a wild guess to try to determine the problem . The dealer provided no help at all . After 2 years of expensive frustration I gave the system back to them. The new system I installed I only have to change the filters every 18 months / they are less expensive / and you can unscrew the cover and see exactly how they are performing with no guesswork !! I was super disappointed with the Culligan system and lack of service ... what a waste of over a thousand dollars
