Delicious dishes and very spicy. We got there for lunch, and they cooked very fast and the waiter(may be is boss)is nice. Only some dishes is too much salting.

We were disappointed at first by the portion of the general Tao. The picture shows what was left after we ate 2 chickens. The WORST part about this general Tao is that they used chicken that had gone bad. It clearly tasted like it was spoiled (like fermented tofu) and was slimy so the batter was falling from the chicken. That’s why there’s half a chicken left in the picture, because I couldn’t finish it. It’s unacceptable to serve this kind of food. I will never return here!! Plus the price isn’t even that good compared with their portions. EDIT: they did refund me for the spoiled general tao

Whenever I'm in town and in the mood for some spicy Chinese food, I come to this place. The spiciness is toned down a bit to suit the taste of food loving locals but the dishes are truly authentic from a Chef who came from Szechuan.

Highly recommend you try their "chief recommended dishes", they are out of this world! The other dishes left us wanting more. But the service was amazing! Everyone was kind and helpful. Will come back here when I'm back in Montreal!

Quality is good, quantity isn’t. I’ve never seen so little chicken in a General Tao Chicken ever. 370 grams including the box is about half of what you usually get from any other places. And I reconfirmed with them that this is the correct amount they offer for a 13 dollar dish.

Although the food was quite tasty, two of the items were not as described. The ginger shallot beef was with caramelized onions (I was actually looking forward to the shallots), and the Shanghai vermicelli were actually udon noodles (specifically what I was trying to avoid, because I don't care for the thickness). But again, apart from that, the food taste good. The other issues was the packaging. For things with sauce, I'm very surprised they use styrofoam packaging that doesn't seal shut. When I got my food, it was literally swimming inside the bag because all the liquid from the beef poured into the bag. The plastic package they used for the chicken wasn't good either. That thing leaked all over the place as well. My spring rolls were very soggy and it made a big mess in my kitchen.

Delicious food as always and for sure best customer service. We ordered food to pick up and due to rush dinner time during pandemic, we had to wait almost 1h. The resto tried their best to make it faster for us and even said sorry and offered 10% discount. A real hidden gem in Montreal!!!

Tastes great! Portion is a bit small, but it's also not that expensive so I won't complain (you can just order more). Everything tastes very authentic, and it's not THAT spicy as you would imagine from looking at it, so feel free to try it!
