★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a very cool experience however there are quite a few glitches in the game where either one of the players in my party was booted entirely or was forced to wait the game out and that happened in two of the four different games we played so honestly it could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best experiences I have had in years! It felt so real. The gameplay was smooth and realistic and the assortment of games was incredible.
And to top it off the staff were truly special, in how they helped us newbies get started and the helpful hints during game play. They treated us with respect and comraderie that is very refreshing in this day and age.
My son and I will definitely be back and I recommend Ctrl V, to everyone that wants a truly awesome experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you expect to walk in and get pointed to a random booth for a random vr experience you are in for a rude awakening! Our family was a bunch of first timers and it was an amazing experience! Guided the whole way, constant support for kids saying “can I play a different game?” The experience was awesome but it was made legendary by the owner, keep up the good work my whole family loved it! They are already asking when we can go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the staff for such a fun afternoon. We had trouble booking on line so I emailed the Red Deer location and they quickly got back to me stating that they had reserved the 2 stations and we could sort it out when we got there. Which was great as we had an hour and a quarter drive to get there The staff member we dealt with when we got there was a different person than who I was emailing but, he knew exactly what was going on and had us checked in and ready to go very quickly. He was friendly and helpful. Myself and my grandson felt very comfortable and happy to be able to play together and anytime we got stuck help was there. The staff member was always ready and willing to help or make suggestions. This was the 3rd time we came to play and I would gladly recommend this location to friends.
