J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had auto body work recently done on my vehicle at this shop, they did do a good job in terms of the body work but when my vehicle was delivered back to me the interior was covered in dust, airbag light on my dash, lights not working, trash/dirty rags left in my trunk, and paint all over my wheels. I took photos of it all and addressed them politely about it… WELL they did not take my concerns seriously, just sent me a copy paste off of their website about themselves, did not provide before and after photos of the vehicle that they claimed to have on file, told me they were offended that I brought up concerns I had and basically told me to go away and deal with it myself. I am a red seal automotive technician and have been working on luxury European vehicles for many years and the state my vehicle was left in after they worked on it was shameful for what they claim to be so proud of and shameful that they are not addressing my concerns properly or at all professionally. In all my years working in the automotive industry I have never seen anything like this. We all make mistakes but it’s the actions in the aftermath that can make all the difference

The work on my vehicle was well done and on time, but what made this place so special were their attention to details, high standards, and friendliness. When the car rental company was late in picking me up, the manager/office administrator was quick to call them on my behalf to follow up. Not only do they have high expectations from their own staff, but also everybody involved in the process of serving their customers in repairing the vehicle. Through it all, they were approachable and friendly. This is a family-owned business that I'll immediately go to should my vehicle need work again!
K	K V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a long overdue review, but it’s been about 2 years since I took my car to CSN Continental Auto Body after an accident and my car is still thriving after their auto body work and looks brand new! I love that this is a family owned business, they genuinely care about your car and take the time to ensure everything is done properly without rushing through anything. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their timelines provided are accurate! They work directly with your insurance to figure everything out and the process is smooth and painless, I just signed off on a couple of documents and they took everything from there. The service itself and their customer service is A+! I still recommend them to this day to anyone I know that needs auto body repairs.

The team (Sylvana, Anthony & Carmine) at CSN really went above and beyond to get my car fixed. They would follow up with Hyundai constantly for the parts and give me follow up calls so I know what's happening. When I collected my car it looked brand, spanking new?. Not only did they repair the damages but they washed it, cleaned inside, washed my seats and touched up some other scratches that were on my car. Truly great workmanship and customer service. Thanks CSN.

I was recommended by my dealership (5th Ave Auto Haus) to CSN and when I had brought my car in for them to have a look at, Anthony was so helpful and extremely friendly. They were very accommodating and when I had brought my car in for repairs on a Monday I got it back on the Friday as they mentioned and it looked amazing!! They did a great job with the repair’s and the dent, it looked brand new. They even washed the exterior and detailed it for me. I am super happy with their services. 100% recommend this place and will be telling everyone who needs any repairs to see them!! Thank you for being so kind to me and making my car look brand new again.
