Crystal Water Service - Stony Plain

It's been a couple weeks since John came out and filled my hot tub and I've been enjoying it ever since. Just wanted to give him and crystal water service a shout out for a job well done. John's experience made filling the tub painless and quick. Thanks for the great service guys!! Brian Petersen

Booked an appointment 5 days prior to needing it using the form on their website. The form showed multiple appointments available over multiple days. I selected an appointment time and received and confirmation of the appointment being approved the next morning. I then followed up the day before the load was due to be delivered to verify and was told my appointment was cancelled as they have no available slots for more than another week out. When I forwarded the confirmation email I was simply provided with the response that there must be an error with the online application form and that they would contact them in the morning. No offer of a solution to rectify the issue they created as I now have no time to source another provider. I’m appalled at this level of customer service and have no intentions of booking with them again.
