★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend this company 110%! We have an old house with radiator heating, which not every company is able to/wants to service. Crystal Heating and Cooling took on the challenge of helping us with our heating system and they fixed all of our problems. They were responsive, came when they said they would, got specialty parts and when they hit a snag, problem solved until the issue was resolved. Our house (and our family) is now toasty warm. Doug and his team were courteous and kind, as was the office staff. The price was reasonable for the amount of work they put in. Thank you, Crystal Heating and Cooling!

A great installation team was scheduled and preformed the install less than a week after I decided to go with them. The installation team went over and above what I had expected. Looking over their work, I would definitely recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling to family and friends!

Finally had to replace our furnace today and the techs were fantastic! On time, polite, informative and followed proper Covid protocols. Their high school Co-op student was incredibly polite - we wish him well on his co-op placement and future career.

His team was the most efficient and offered to price match the other quote we got. He genuinely wants to service and every service call and question I've had he and his team have been super helpful in problem solving and educating me about the new heating system. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our AC unit wasn't turning on, and so I called the after hours service. Max took my call. Within just a couple of hours, he came out to the house and checked the unit. Turns out that it was a simple wiring mistake from when we had purchased our furnace from Crystal last winter, and so our AC unit had not been connected properly. He fixed the issue right away, and at no charge. We all make mistakes. Max is a pro, and I really appreciate his and Crystal's commitment to getting customer service right. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.
