★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell you, I had contact with 2 other crystal glasses last Friday. Kingsway told me to look at the parking lot (very rudly I may add, so I smiled and walked out as fast as I walked in) and the Oliver one I called was busy ok fine (but when you ask me to hold wait the 3 seconds for me to say yes) these front counter ladies should be learning customer service from Rick at the 50th Street location. I have been in customer service my whole working career and Rick is top notch! Not only did they fix my huge rock chip right away and fast (can not thank you enough) but I got to have a very nice chat with Rick and now for any glass issues he is my go to guy!

Kevin and crew came to my house and replaced my 2 big windows (because someone felt the need to throw a rock through them early in the morning) they look awesome! Clean job, speedy service, and easy to deal with!! Thank you so very much! I will be calling Crystal Glass Capilano when I need glass work done. Thank you again!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very, very disappointed with this store. For many years they have been our local go to business for any glass work we’ve needed. We used them for our house, vehicles, RV, and business. NO LONGER!!!
On our last visit we were treated so poorly and rudely we will never set foot in there again. From the moment we came in the door the staff couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge us or our questions. When they finally decided to tolerate our intrusion on their business they were so critical and rude we were shocked. Its really sad to see a once friendly small business decline into what they are now. There are many glass shops in Edmonton - no need to support this one.
