Crystal Glass guarantees the seal on your auto glass installation for as long as you own the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. Furthermore, Crystal Glass will warranty the windshield against pressure cracks (breakage for no apparent reason) and distortion for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on tempered parts.
Crystal Glass guarantees all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield cracks from the repaired area, Crystal Glass will deduct the original cost of rock chip repair from the new windshield replacement cost. In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had my rear window (a simple tinted window) changed out and because they knew I had recently lost my husband, they went the extra mile and cleaned my mats, vacuumed out my truck and wiped it down on the inside for me, simply out of the goodness of their hearts and still had it done in 40 mins. The window is perfect, the staff is kind and courteous, I couldn’t say more for them. Thank you again you guys, these little acts of kindness when you’re going through such difficult times mean the world. ❤️

They vacuumed the floorboards and even took the time to pull the oil change sticker from the old windshield and place it on the new one. We highly recommend these guys!

They were ready for me at my appointment time and had the old windshield out and new one in in under an hour. Everyone at the shop was friendly and accommodating. Top notch service! You can tell when a team works well together and enjoys where they work.
