Her service was awesome she help me make a great selection Once we had installed one of the taps we found there was a manufacturing err I spoke to Ann re the issue and she responded immediately and replaced the part Thank you Ann Great service is hard to find these days, but at Crystal bath you won’t be disappointed Janie

Called back left message no call back, a gluten for punishment called a 3rd time, spoke made another promise to come out and once again NEVER happened. Extremely poor service along with disrespectful. My time is also important.

Chris and his team were very respectful and left the house in good condition throughout the renovations. With Ann's help and their showroom, it was so easy to coordinate and pick out the fixtures, tile, etc. that we wanted. We would definitely use Crystal Bath again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
