★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them up with a furnace on the fritz on one of the coldest days of the year. They were there within hours, took the time to do a thorough diagnosis of the problem, actually got it back up and running that day, and found a damaged part we were happy to replace in the process. Not to mention it was at a very reasonable price. 100% awesome experience and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Karelsen Plumbing and Heating to do a repair on our hot water tank. We called Monday and they got back to us the very next day. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help us with our repair (we are about half an hour south of Lindsay), but they did provide us with the name of a reputable serviceman in our area who could help us. We were really impressed with how quickly they got back to us and their willingness to help us, even though they couldn't physically help us with our repair. That is great customer service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work was fine when completed, but the plumber arrived without basic supplies, wasted a good deal of time and did some damage to the unit being installed.
Billed us for double the amount of time actually worked, so go over your invoices with a fine tooth comb if you use them. Eventually worked it out with the billing department.
Much different experience than I've had with them before - but doubtful I'd use them again based on it.
Owner emailed me to tell me he'd make it right, but a week has passed and I've not heard a peep since I paid my revised bill.

They explained the issues with our oil furnace and showed us the many options available.
Highly recommended and will use again if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had previously used Karlson to repair our AC unit. This time it was our furnace. Our furnace quit working on a very cold day in the winter. I called and was greated by a lovely lady who took my name and number and said she would have the owner (I assume ) call me within the hour. He called within half an hour and they quickly had a technician out to our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem but didn't have the parts he needed. The technician left us some space heaters to use for the night and was back the next day to fix our furnace. We are very grateful for Karlson heating. Our children and us appreciate your quick service!
