I first called the phone number which did not pick up and got a text message back where a very patient agent answered all of my questions via text and set up an appoitnment on the same day. I went in to a clean secure office where the transaction took a few minutes. The agent was behind a secured glass wall and counted all the money in front of me. All my money was paid in cash and I was in and out in under 5 min.
Not only the service was amazing, but the rates they offered me was much more generous than any other shops I called in Montreal which all charge crazy fees on top of the sell price.They barely took fees on the transaction!! Also, most of the other ones were kind of sketchy in the middle of convenience stores and depanneurs. I would recommend this to any person trying to buy/sell any Crypto in Montreal! Really professional, trustworthy and great pricing.
