★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting 2 hours for a tow I called for an update the person that answered said it may be another 30 minutes ! 45 minutes go by called and no answer called about 3 more times and still no answer horrible service don’t bother and go with another tow company

They would not allow me to get my stuff out of my vehicle because i didnt have the physical id card. Everything i own is in my vehicle and they threatened to call the cops on me if i didnt leave their yard that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot say how thankful I am to Warren. Had an unfortunate incident in a very low car and was nervous about getting the car towed. He demonstrated absolute professionalism and got my car on and off the flatbed like a pro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get my Harley transferred to winter storage, I have to say CRS was awesome to deal with. They showed up on time, the deck truck was clean and so was the driver. He treated my Bike like it was his own. Couldn't be happier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warren was absolutely amazing!!! Such a nice kind empathetic young man! We had the best conversation he is so personable and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time! And did an amazing job unloading my suv onto the street! There are kind people left in this world! Would recommend this company 150%!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co-worker locked my keys in my car. Called CRS because they had a location nearby. Dispatch got one of their drivers to call me. He said he could be there in 10-15 minutes. "Great" I thought. Asked him how much it would cost me. "Our unlock service starts at $250". What in the hell? Are you insane?
Called Cliff's Towing instead and they were to me in under 40 minutes and it cost me a grand total of $58.
