Waited for a response from CAA for 1.5 hours without any luck, I finally gave up and called OB Towing and they showed up in 10 minutes and charged my car battery. The Battery, however, died the next day and again CAA was of no use. Called OB and they changed the battery for me and I’m grateful. Thanks OB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adam was professional and very easy to talk to. Even spent some time putting my mind at ease over the phone while spending time with his family. Really appreciated the A+ customer service. After waiting 4.5 hrs for CAA to not show up, his guys arrived on time as promised. They got me to my destination quickly with no issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks to all of you! Awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OB Towing was a life saver for me on a bad day. Imagine waking up in the morning to a newer vehicle with a charging system error and to my delight a dead battery in my backup vehicle! OB Towing was fast too get to me and the driver made my day. He was very courteous and had my vehicle towed to my mechanics shop. Because of their quickness getting to me the shop was able to fix my vehicle that day and I had it back home in the evening. He also boosted my backup car so I was able to go about my day. I highly recommend OB Towing to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely do not recommend whatsoever. These people do not know how to act when you need to cancel their service. The guy was trying to berate me on the phone for cancelling rather than saying, "I'm glad you were able to start your car please call us next time you're having a problem." He was trying to yell at ME for his supervisor failing to take my credit card information over the phone. Sorry, I've worked customer service for 7+ years, you don't blame the customer for not providing information they weren't told they had to yet. Take that up with your boss. I told him I didn't like the way he was speaking to me and hung up. So instead of leaving well enough alone, he proceeded to text me saying "I wouldn't want to help you with that personality anyway" and other things I didn't read because I had to block the number since he was literally harassing me at this point. Completely disgusting and unprofessional "business." Shocked I had to deal with this.

He took my car to the mechanic and even offered me a ride back. This guy is amazing. I would recommend him to everyone. Already advertised his service to all my friends and family.
