C	Chelsey Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Crown Point. It’s a very LGBTQIA friendly space and they always see us within fifteen minutes of our scheduled time (though usually they see us in as soon as we check in!). Our doctor is Dr. Saeed and we trust him and the entire team implicity!

K	K U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses/drs are lovely in person, but there is rarely any follow-up and access to them is tightly controlled. The best care I received was from a Dr who was filling in for someone on maternity leave. Basic things like booking an appointment, getting prescriptions refilled or just trying to figure out when they will answer the phone is extremely frustrating. Admin staff always seem overburdened and unable to do their job. I've been a patient for years but I've honestly had better rapport with walk-in clinics.

They are awesome-- helpful and kind and always get my son and myself extra care from a specialist when needed. Phones are only open from 9:10-4:30 and are closed at lunch hour. Perhaps an online booking system would be a good idea?
C	C. Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Crown Point for an IUD the other day and my experience was SO much better than I expected, I'm honestly floored. The nurses took special care to be gentle and explain every part of the procedure to me, which is rare. I will return!

The front line staff, a particular parasite I am certain they are aware of, is the true reason for defamation of this establishment . Not the potential patients they lost due to their parasites behaviour. Get rid of the administrative parasite in order to create happier team culture and rebuild your reputation as a medical establishment. I am flabbergasted that reviews were removed - especially after I received a follow up call and brought it to their attention to pay special attention to their google reviews. Original review “ This medical establishment needs a do over and consequences for their front line admin- a particular parasite I am certain they must be aware of. Start treating the parasite, then perhaps healthier “cultures” would form, inviting and welcoming new relationships. I have asked my family doctor to refer me elsewhere. Not supporting a practice that chooses to do nothing about their so called receptionist. Also, your voicemail- hypocrite. I believe it’s been mentioned before. Wishing you all the best is recuperating your reputation.”
