I am a nervous visitor and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. After a terrible experience elsewhere, I truly feel that everyone here is first rate and will be making this my families official dental office. I suggest you do too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to a dental office anxious but leave Crown Isle Dental with more confidence experiencing the patience and professional competence this team has. Everyone is friendly and will take the time to make sure questions are answered - including the front end team who explained my estimates and took care of my direct billing.
I recently had my front teeth repaired and after referrals, extensive visits, cleanings in between, a new night guard made, I never felt my dollar was devalued.
Through a pandemic to boot, I never felt the stress or time constraints the employees may have felt. They truly work as a cohesive team which made me feel at ease, supported, and never forgotten about.
I am beyond pleased that I was referred to this practice and will continue to refer others for time to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had many poor experiences with this clinic. The front staff is rather rude. The front desk ladies and the dentist lack compassion for pain and anxiety. The last filling I had done there, the Dr. Clancy hit a nerve which caused the freezing to last over 24hrs and caused extreme swelling and pain for up to 3days after the procedure and I had to miss work due to pain. I went back in the next day to have it looked at and she refused to accept responsibility for the error made and tried to blame my TMJ which hadn’t been an issue in over a year.
The reason I left two stars is because they’re hygienist are all lovely, understanding and comforting to someone with extreme anxiety.
But at the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been impressed by my half-dozen visits to Crown Isle Dental, starting with friendly greeting by name in their classy reception area where I've never had to wait long. Treatments have been efficient and gentle, with light hands and encouraging feedback, and insurance details afterwards have been dealt with promptly. Just routine stuff so far (fingers crossed!) but they seem very thorough and well-equipped and I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.
