The gentleman who did the work made sure to reach out and give a few tips for the fireplace which was appreciated and also made sure the tenants were aware. A small fix was required during the appointment and the pricing was very clear and accurate. Will definitely use their services annually going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called emailed and left a message for another company to have my wood fireplace cleaned and inspected, and received no reply after 1 week.
I called Crown Chimney Sweeps and spoke with Tina who scheduled my appointment right away.
Jerry and Josh came out and were professional, efficient and friendly. They did a wonderful job, and I can now use my fireplace without worry for the winter season.
Will be using their services going forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, and professional, friendly staff! We had to wait over a week for our cleaning and inspection, but it was worth it. Jerry went above and beyond, he noticed some questionable spots on our roof and checked them, and also straightened our chimney vent. 10/10 would recommend!

Punctual, organized, clean, polite, friendly, and the right mix of professionalism with that personal touch. I submitted a service request on their site Sunday. I got a call Monday morning to setup an appointment. By Wednesday mid day everything was settled. An earlier client had asked Jerry and TJ to dispose of a part, by coincidence I happened to need that part - they just... gave it to me? That's the type of people you're dealing with, so like, why wouldn't you want to be in business with them?
10/10 - will call again.

I appreciated it and made the whole experience worth it!
They are awesome and a great run company. I own a small business also and will not use another chimney sweep other than these guys again!
Stove is WETT certified by Jerry and his crew now and we are fully insured knowing we are safe to enjoy it!

The inspection was honest but gave me an opportunity to redo my fire room. You could tell safety was their number one priority and for a great price too. Highly recommend!
