On m'apelle à 11h20 am le jour même pour me dire que le rendez-vous est annulé et qu'ils peuvent revenir seulement le 7 décembre. Aucune raison ne m'est donnée et on se fou complètement que je sois resté à la maison en fonction du rendez-vous. Si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile je le ferais. Méchant service de marde. We have an appointment today November 2 in pm. They call me at 11:20 am the same day to tell me that the appointment is canceled and that they can only come back on December 7. No reason is given to me and we don't give a damn that I stayed at home depending on the date. If I could put any stars I would. Naughty spit service.

L’année passé, 3 ou 4 hrs de retard sur le rv, sans appel pour aviser.. J’avais rv hier, pas d’appel non plus pour dire qu’on m’avait annulé!! C’est moi qui a dû appeler parce que il n’arrivait pas. En me rappelant, la réponse est: je ne me tuerai certainement pas pour 90$... WoW bravo champion. Le point est que c’est correct d’annuler pour tempête de neige (a peine 5-7cm le matin!!!) mais appelle tes clients pour les aviser... c’est pas comme si ça n’avait pas été annoncé qu’il y annonçait de la neige. ? une journée de travail perdu ? fini pour moi Ram-O-tech qui se contre fou de ses clients. I have been doing business with this company for 8 years. It's always been good! A super nice Mr. and works very cleanly! Last year, 3 or 4 hrs late on the appointment, no call to notify. I had an appointment yesterday, no call either to say that I had been canceled !! I was the one who had to call because it wasn’t coming. Remembering, the answer is: I certainly won't kill myself for $ 90 ... WoW bravo champion. The point is that it's okay to cancel for a snowstorm (barely 5-7cm in the morning !!!) but call your customers to notify them ... it's not as if it hadn't been announced that he was announcing snow there. ? a day of lost work ? finished for me Ram-O-tech who is crazy about his customers.
