Yes, you do. If you are not present at the lot draw and your name is called, another name will be drawn in your place and you will have lost your opportunity to purchase a lot through us. You can still purchase from a builder, provided there are still lots available via that route. Please remember to bring valid government issued photo ID as you will be asked for it if your name is drawn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is legit! Something for all ages - the 1 year old loves it, as well as the 7 year old. This is a fantastic new playground on Lethbridge and is also quite the happening spot. Never a shortage of new friends to make for the kiddos and adults. But be warned, there's no cover out here on those windy days ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park is amazing! I just wish they'd put a soft curb around the park so those with mobility issues could have easier access to it (esp. considering there's plenty of stuff in the park for mobility limited kids to do!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four stars only because of how crowded it is almost all the time when the weather is good. Hopefully no one here has the Rona and spreads it around to the children who are virtually all unmasked, same with the adults too. Social distancing is virtually impossible to keep with the confined play spaces. I feel like a curmudgeonly old man just writing this as I write this in the very space I chose to being my kids to. Please lord save me from my hypocrisy.
