★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing workouts !! James is very knowledgeable. He will customize your workout to your fitness level. From everyday life to competing in the crossfit games.
So here I am 1 year later, On November 11, 2020 I participated in the Remberance Day Poppy Fundraiser. I couldnt even do 1 situp or pushup.This year, it was totally different, did over 100 situps and rowed over 3500 calories. With James guidance, knowledge and perseverance, I've lost over 80lbs, and crushed the Poppy Fundraiser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to James with a knee injury 3 weeks ago and he was able to adjust the work outs to accommodate my limitations. 3 weeks later and I am 90% pain free and on the road to full recovery. James is very knowledgeable and professional in how he runs his classes which has helped me in many ways. I fully recommend Crossfit Good and Evil

James is willing to work with you to make sure you meet your goals safely and is always willing to modify workouts to your fitness level without compromising progress. I’ve felt better physically and mentally since attending classes. Highly recommend CrossFit good and evil! Nothing but good experiences here :)
