J	Jon K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They straight stole $230 from me. The package was suppose to be delivered within 5 days. Day 7 I contacted them and was told they are sending it out right then. The package never came and I contacted them and all they have told me is they don't do refunds and that I need to contact USPS. Even thought that should be handled by the company "customer service" and not the customer, I tried that anyway and of course the USPS website was down on the page to make claims. I am now out over $200 and can't even get a simple reply to an email on who I need to get in contact with. Terrible company that straight up steals money from customers. If I was complaining about an issue that could be partly my fault, like "germination" then I could understand. But not receiving a package and not replying? suuuuper shady and it would be nearly impossible to convince me the package was ever sent out in the first place at this point.

I had some specific questions regarding strains, growing conditions etc. and they were really responsive and answered all my questions quickly and accurately.

Seeds did not spout. 3 weeks to FINALLY talk to some American, I could tell he was fishing to find a way to not fulfill the gaurentee. Not a place to buy seeds if you plan on growing your own. Lol......bet most of the 5 star reviews are from employees or their families. Worst customer service EVER.
