Criminal Court

On March 20th and March 21st I was assaulted and one was a neighbor and the other their adult child and after I pressured Opp Constable Kyle Hillier and my own investigation came up with witness Retired Commander Napanee, Opp Patrick Finnegan who now is my witness and both parties got themselves charged not myself in ongoing LTB and HRT case I started and retaliation I have been receiving because of this. On May 14 I called 911 and no statement or report has yet to be taken on this claim to date. Instead the person lied and called police as well saying I assaulted two people at once where I can show I just called 911 twice and then after I then assaulted two people which sounds impossible yet I was arrested at my door with no answers to my 911 call as well as I have major medical conditions the false arrest and jailed for the night away from my medications could have killed me and I told police I had 10 medications. At my bail hearing I was led in in wet pants from water and they dropped to my ankles entering courtroom as I was in handcuffs and shackles and awake all night in horrible pain and no sleep or medication or food which could have killed me. I was put in a tiny room or court holding room when a duty council entered and said it is best I just listen and do not speak and to find a place to live as the crown is asking cannot go home or even my Town of Deseronto. I am a recluse and had one friend who I could not get a hold of so was forced to reach out to my mother who I disowned due to insane childhood as she was a alcoholic and I was out into the CAS. She attacked me trying to kill me with a butcher knife in one hand and a snow shovel in the other in one of my lighter moments around her. The crown and Judges order again could have ended my life as I was ordered from my home and town on false charges and only one visit police escort was allowed. I was let go on a rainy day having been up all night no food and medication in horrific pain and I have can't conditions with my legs and feet and ankles as a witness will state I rarely even sit up. I had no wallet or id or money and my phone was dead and had no one to call to come and get me so I had to hitchhike in the rain in grave medical conditional 60 years old which could have easily killed me and as ordered from my home and town where my drugstore is. A Lance Vance from 315 Edmon at Deseronto where I live was charged in assault on me on March 21st on video and he is still living in my building so why not me? I have asked to have my conditions changed in writing and on my 1st appearance and Judge said he would but it is out of his control and up too the Crown which denied it and they are not seeking any jail time it was disclosed to me by their office. I as denied going to my only friends and forced to stay where I have been threatened since to kill me if my mom died as she is chair bound and losing her mind with old age by my sister who is robbing my mother blind which my other sister is aware as their niece works at my mothers bank and knows there was a banking problem due to my sisters withdrawing my mothers money to the point her bills were not being paid which alerted us something must be wrong. I am in such bad medical condition I am afraid to take a step or even lean forward and have major arthritis, and gout in feet and neuropathy and many surgeries on ankles and knee and others. I am a innocent man accused of something I did not do and was jailed and ordered from my home and town with medical conditions ignored and common sense. The actions from this court and OPP could have killed me so my review says this courthouse is at best Inept or Corrupt.All across Canada in small towns is a fat white haired Judge and a crown Attorney who prosecute and judge often with no sense of the Law but simply do what their narrow insight suggests as the system itself where a person who makes 300 thousand a year has no idea what goes on in the lives of the poor and only convictions matter. On July 6th 2020 I plan on publishing transcripts of an actual trial that was inept.
