I get food if l forgot to get it at the other store

Good customer service and im waiting for the real polar pop, can't say anything bad about them since most of the workers here are well experienced. I missed the freal m.shake.

The employees are very nice and will help you out. My family and i got a little bit lost and the worker there at the time don’t know the place very much either but she still helped us find our route through google map

It's a great store they have a variety of different items you might need late at night when you run out of milk or sugar go there and they treat you very well

I am not pleased at all with the customer service at this location. I am a very kind friendly individual and quiet shy. While I was in at this circle k location in napanee I had a problem with the manulife ATM machine located inside the store. I went to pull out 200 dollars and the machine acted like it was going to spit out my money, gave me my card back and then the receipt..as the machine said malfunction..right I after I heard the noise it would make to then count out the Bill's I had withdrawn from MY ACCOUNT. When no money came out i thought it was strange and asked the gentlemen at the counter wich IN NO WAY WANTED TO HELP ME. The one man said let me see receipt, they both say no not our fault , nothing can do . Then pointed out that my receipt says declined. I then apologize, embarassed thinking maybe I messed up and there isnt funds in there. I apologized and left . I then get checking my online banking wich says I am 203.15 less than what I originally had. Meaning those funds (in wich I DID NOT RECEIVE ) WERE withdrawn from my account yet not given to me from the manulife ATM machine. I had called the men back after finding the number and again they were very short and rude. I'm actually disgusted with the way those individuals handled the situation. How would anyone else feel if they were in my shoes then treated unethically ? I now haveto wait and have been waiting since Thursday for there to be an "investigation" on my file/account... they said it expired May 31 and could take 15 business days to issue my funds back into my account. In the mean time noone else gets a raw deal but me. Thanks to all involved ..you have done a smash up job!! You post like your doing a favor ..come on in if your bank is closed ..ya sure..do that..go to the machine today and receive your money in afew weeks . If you rush in now they will give you a free attitude problem ... employees of entitlement- like we owe them something!! What a joke!!!

The service here was super duper. I had a really good time in the store. I liked all of the items on the shelves. They got a good selection of cat... Darn auto correct. Silly silly, I got the spectacular mystery gummies and I enjoyed them to my hearts content. I also really liked the aesthetic and 3D graphics on the bag of candy. it was very earthy and poignant. I did however notice a distinct lack of Crash Bandicoot merchandise. There was a strapping young ox behind the counter, a bit young for my taste however. But really good and cool service.

I've been here many times, typically nights, it's a good store with lots of crack heads hanging around. Quite common in any other 24/7 store. I have no idea how the management deal with them. It's a good town in general with typical sorts of people

I go almost every Tuesday with my friends. The customer service is great and the people who work there are very helpful and polite. Lots of good deals and affordable prices. Love this place!
