Changes to our appointment and cancellation policy for hair services over $100
We have made a few changes to our appointment and cancellation policy, effective immediately. When you book an appointment ($100 +) with us you will get a reminder via text and/or email. 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be asked to confirm it, however if your appointment is NOT confirmed, and in turn we have not been able to reach you, we will have to assume that you are unable to make it and your appointment will be CANCELLED.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please call us to let us know. If you have cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment OR you are a “No Show”, we will be UNABLE to make any further appointments WITHOUT a deposit.
If you book an appointment for a service and are quoted $200 or more...
We will ask for a $50 non refundable deposit to secure your appointment spot. The $50 deposit will be later taken off of your final price at the end of your service.

β β β β β I always get a great hair cut when i go here. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. They always have awesome music playing, just don't bob you head to it too much. A cool new thing they do is when you book an appointment online you get a text reminder which has been great for me, because I forget the next day what time and day I booked for. Thank you all

β β β β β I walked in when they had a sign that said they accept walki-ins, they told me I had to book an appointment online. I booked online and on the day of, Harmony told me she couldn't make it because she was sick. That is understandable, but she told me to reschedule with someone else on Tuesday. When I texted Harmony whether that barber would be available after 3:00PM (which is how I received news my appointment was cancelled) there was no reply. There are few things I hate more than getting the runaround.

β β β β β Great value for friendly service. I have recently added a full shave to my monthly haircut and I would 100% recommend this service. There's something great about disconnecting for an hour, and getting a relaxing old-time straight razor shave with the hot towels - Only thing missing is the bourbon. I have tried most of the other haircut places in Cold Lake and I would recommend Crew Haus above all the rest.

β β β β β I went for a massage with Laurel and it was perfect. All my aches and pains were gone after an hour massage. She was diligent with ensuring the pressure was what I wanted. There was no awkward banter that sometimes ruins a massage. It was the perfect amount of conversation and relaxation. My husband gets his hair cut regularly here also. It always looks great. They do their best to fit you in as soon as possible. All staff are friendly and approachable. The prices are affordable. Great establishment all around.

I see Harmony. She does an amazing job every time and keeps me going back to her over and over, she is patient, efficient, and always puts a ton of effort. There is no one else I trust to touch my hair. She listens to my wants and has great suggestions. She saved my hair. My hair is wonderful now thank you!!!!
