β β β β β Nikki is incredible - she starts each visit off with a quick discussion and overview so if anything new, or you want something different, or a specific part of body is sore she knows to deal with it. Massage itself is a great mix of actually fixing and repairing, along with relaxation. She always gives great at home care stretches and exercises to help you out with your sore areas between massages. She has done more massage techniques and done more long term healing than any other massage therapist I've ever seen. 3 or 4 massages on a regular schedule and you start to actually notice your body moving (without pain!) in ways it never had before. I fully recommend AGBT.
