Never returning. I was told to come in and wait and that i would be seen. It was a total three hour wait only to have the doctor sass me for coming because she only took walk in patients before 9:30 and i arrived at 11. It was clear she wanted me to leave and rushed my visit. The doctor was rude and unhelpful and told me things I already knew myself. She, the staff was very rude along with the patients. had dirty looks from people in that clinic, not sure if it was because I was not chinese. The overall atmosphere is unfriendly. I used to come here for convenience but now I'm willing to go elsewhere even if it takes a longer time. I am very hurt by how I was treated and hope others reconsider when choosing this clinic.

Dr. Cheung is always friendly, professional and working so hard to taking care not just one person who’s seeing him, but also that person’s other family members. Me and my family are so blessed to having him as our family doctor.

Dr. Benny Cheung is my family doctor since my first day in Calgary 15 years ago, and I can’t thank you enough for his caring and professional advices when I am sick and weak. I always feel his patience and understanding for being his patient. Best doctor I have ever seen!

My experience differs GREATLY from some other reviews. I've been a patient of Dr Yu's for a few years now. Both she, her assistant & front staff have been EXCELLENT & beyond reproach! I have many medical issues that had been either overlooked or shrugged off by other Dr's. Not by Dr. Yu! She listens attentively, gives you as much time as you need to explain and does not hesitate to refer for testing, if necessary. She is kind & empathetic & truly cares for her patients. She carefully researches all treatment options instead of just writing prescriptions. That being said, what she prescribed is always appropriate for my needs. Thanks to Dr. Yu, I have been able to get my COOD mostly under control & received an MRI appointment for my back within a couple of months. Thanks to her, my quality of life is improving &, unlike other Dr's I've seen, this incentivizes me to help myself get better. She has taken it upon herself to follow up with me by phone if I'm feeling poorly & has arranged for timely phone appointments during COVID if I'm uncomfortable about going in. Her assistant is equally awesome! Very friendly & professional. Front staff is very friendly, professional & polite. Although not a walk-in clinic, they may accommodate you if you are a regular patient, & arrive early. Yes, you may have to wait a while, but what do you expect...it's a pandemic! Speaking of which, their safety protocols are excellent & I often see frontline staff cleaning. Thank you, Dr. Yu & all staff at Crescent Heights Health Clinic!

Been with this clinic for over 10 years and Dr Jian is very nice. I'm surprised at all the bad reviews for this clinic, maybe I'm just lucky but the reception staff are super friendly and Dr Jian is very caring. Love the central location and free parking too.

It's seems like the receptionist there is turning away patients. Im not sure if their doctors is aware of that cause they're making excuses and saying call 911 if it gets worse. Im double vaccinated so i don't what their receptionist problem is. Even when she answer the phone she doesn't state the office name or even professional about it. Literally answered the phone with just "hello?" like i had to make sure im calling the right office. At this point ill have to find another family doctor to go with since its impossible to see him especially with the unprofessional and rude receptionist

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 7 years now. I always find Dr Jenifer Yu very polite and respectful. She is very competent and thorough.

Just called the clinic and can confirm that the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. The clinic made a mistake and did not book an appointment that I had made a month ago. She seemed all high and mighty and said that it was not her problem and that she doesn’t see any appointments made under my name so it must be my problem. She never apologized or empathized with our situation like a normal human being, especially one working in healthcare. I will also be trying to switch my doctor in the meantime because this is not an experience I want every time I try to receive health services.
