Creekside Cats Boarding Hotel

I was so worried about going on vacation because I wanted someone who had plenty of time to come visit and play with my cat, but who also understood her medical needs and fussy behaviour. When I went to Creekside Cats to look at their facility, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The place was thoroughly cleaned, and there was no smell at all, even though there were multiple cats in the facility at the time. All the other cats seemed so happy and well taken care of. We decided to leave our cat at Creekside for the week, and proceeded to fill out the her application form. I loved how detailed the application form was. I felt like the facility would make my cat feel like she is at home since they were following her exact routine that we have for her at home, such as her feeding schedule, her dietary requirements, playtime and medication administration. After my first day on vacation I got an update letting me know how my cat was adjusting, along with pictures! I sent e-mails back and forth throughout my vacation to check in on my cat, and she had settled in just fine. When I came to pick my cat up, she was happy to see me, but I could tell she was also very happy at the facility. It was as if my cat got her own vacation too :). I would highly recommend Creekside Cats to anyone who wants their pet to be well taken care of. The cost of boarding is excellent considering how much time they spend with your cat, and how clean and accommodating the facility is. Above all, it gave me peace of mind while I was on vacation to know that my pet was happy and well taken care of.

She took care of our cat for a long time and he seemed to be very happy. They play with your cats and keep them on a strict feeding schedule, very professional. Excellent establishment and well kept. The rooms for the cats had windows for them to look out, and she even plays videos for the cats for them to watch (one of the movies was of birds and my cat loves watching those videos). She even gave us a few toys for my cat to take home after we finally got the chance to take him home (we had him there for a long time so he thought they were his). I'm very satisfied with the service that is provided here. The Cat Hotel is located on a beautiful farm, and the cats have the chances to view other animals that are in the farm such as her horses. The lady running this place really loves the work she does, and she's knowledgeable about it as well. Everything is taken seriously. Will definitely come back here if I ever need a place for my cat to stay.

We contacted Judy and her hotel about our cat, and were impressed by how professional and experienced she is. We booked dates, however, because of unforeseen changes we needed to cancel our booking. Judy was so understanding and accomodating, as well as did not charge us a cancellation fee, etc. Quite frankly, we are even more impressed. We highly recommend this hotel for your cat.

I recently had my cat Bella stay at Creekside for several weeks while moving and both Bella and I couldn't be happier with our experience and the level of care that she received. I used to work at Creekside from 2014 - 2018 and their standards are still impeccable; the perfect mix of personalized cat-centered care and vet-recommended practices that result in the best outcome for the cat. What I mean by this is that they work with you and your cat's routine and follow these home practices (but away from home), and they also protect the hotel and all the cats as a whole by requiring vaccines and flea protection. I have always admired the detail and art behind Judy's business and she has always been a role model to me, but as a customer of hers now she did not let me down. Since I was still in town, I was able to call Judy to arrange visits to see my cat and ask questions about how she is doing. My cat has some minor health issues, including anxiety and urinary troubles, and Judy and staff member Leah really took the time to help her transition go smoothly and make sure her good health was maintained. I will always love Creekside and I will always go to them for my cat boarding needs, and I urge everybody who is in need of cat boarding to do the same.

Amazing experience. Our kittens had a great stay in a suite with a kitty slide! There were lots of photo updates and they look like they had a lot of fun playing. On the ride home they were so mellow that they didn’t even meow. Being able to grab farm fresh eggs and gorgeous flowers on the way home was an added bonus!!!

We contacted Judy at Creekside Cats early this year when our home flooded to take care of our cats while the renovations happened. From my first contact with Judy to today she and her entire team has been nothing but absolutely wonderful. Through COVID, they have incredible safety protocols in place and have made us feel comfortable visiting our cats. Their facility is lovely, spacious, clean and the cats have lots of things to keep them entertained and comfortable. One of the cats is so in love with Judy I'm fairly certain he thinks she's his new owner! They are well groomed, well fed and given so much love by everyone on the team. We thought they would be there for 8-10 weeks based on the estimate but they are still there and as much as we miss them, we know they are in the best of hands. Huge thanks to Judy & team for all your hard work!

Beware that they use clay base litter produce. If mixed with water, this kind of litter will create concrete that sticks under the paws. This is what happened to my cat when I brought him to Creekside for 3 weeks. He came back home with so much concrete under his paws that he had difficulty walking and kept licking it to try to remove it. When I messaged Judy, she told me it was his fault because he plays with his bowl (even though I had brought his own bowl, which he never plays with). She never said she was sorry and basically blamed the poor cat. I am very disappointed that they didn't even bother checking him as it is their responsibility to care for the cats staying there. They should make sure to ask the clients about their cats behaviours prior to their stay if they know it can cause an issue.

Rocket and Nebula had a great 9 day stay. During our vacation, the we received e mail with updates and photos, which was very nice. The rooms are setup very clean and in a very cat-friendly manner. Caring staff. An absolutely wonderful service and establishment. Will use again when needing to board our furry lil family.
