Apparently, I received a phone call from a lady name Angelina and she indicate she is currently working at CBC agency collection. she was looking for a guy, which is I dont know. and I'm politely respond to her I dont know him you might a wrong number, but she insists her action. she is scamming innocent people so be aware!

Worst and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life! Would give zero stars if they let me... A simple mistake that took literally 3 minutes to solve resulted in me having to deal with both of these idiots, Ms Clack and the owner Dan. I make my living working on the phone and I have never come across two people with such lack of respect. They must have a special kind of life when the joy they get is to make people who are already down on their luck feel even worse by being terrible human beings. I get the sense they peaked in High school and this is their special way of getting back at life for not turning out the way they assumed it would, so now they work in collections, and get to yell at people to distract them of how utterly miserable their lives are... I hope no one ever has the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with either of these scum bags. In spite of their inflamed egos, there is never a good reason to yell and be rude to someone when they are simply trying to ask questions so they understand the situation clearly and can take actions to rectify it. Sadly this was never an option in dealing with either Ms Clack or Dan the owner. Literal scum of the Earth....

If i am asked to retract this post I will not. I have read prior posts and seems to me that there is an issue here that should be looked at. For one, because I am pretty good at math. Being in business since 1981 does not equal up to 50 years in business. I called them to dispute a collection on my credit report ( which I have done for the last 5 years with Transunion and never had one single debt ) for some company that made an inquiry on the 19th of November of 2018, 3 days later I placed this phone call to be told that there is no record of myself or my debt ( even though my Transunion report and their customer service reprerepresent gave me their address and telephone number ). I was lied directly to and was told that I must be mistaking them for some place in Mississauga and was rudely hung up on. I'm going to be taking this issue to my lawyer

I suspect the bad reviews are coming from the delinquent account holders. This company has helped my small biz collect on accounts when other collection agencies refused to because amounts owing were too small for them. Good last resort for bad debt.

Most of the slanderous reviews on here are from the delinquent account holders. As a business owner, I have used CBC's services on several occasions. One of the best things about them is their flexibility in taking on accounts of all sizes. We also found them to be very informative on how the collection and debt reporting process works, and are very responsive when asked to provide updates on delinquent accounts. The fact that many of the delinquent account holders are posting angry reviews on here and are describing the debt collectors as being aggressive only helps reassure that they are doing their job. Remember, we are dealing with people who have either subscribed to services that they cannot afford to pay for, or are just outright refusing to pay in spite or on an emotional level. In many cases, the businesses these delinquent account holders owe money to have likely given ample opportunities to pay what they owe prior to escalating the accounts to here. When it gets to this point, a firm-handed approach is exactly what is needed, as forwarding an account to collections is typically a last resort. Thank you CBC for all that you do!

Worst and most unprofessional people I have ever met!!! Just disgusting!! I am personally a business owner and wouldn't sick these people on my worst enemy. I had an issue with someone we hired. Job was completely done wrong and botched job and I wasn't paying until fixed. They didn't care about this. They just want their money. Sent it to credit bureau and took us to provide legal proof to the company who originally sent us to them to sick off the dogs. Now they say they told the credit bureau to take the collection off but the credit bureau says this is not correct. NASTY PEOPLE! And they didn't get their money. They even apparently pretended to call the cops on me. It was just another one of their workers though.
