★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to book an appointment for about a month with this company for my Grandmother. I have called 3 times and each time I was told that I would hear back from them Shortly to "schedule" an appointment. I can understand that if you are either short staffed or so ridiculously busy that there is no openings available in the near future than I would rather be told that then continuously phoning or waiting for a call back....
I'm not sure if it a poor receptionist or a terrible management but something definitely needs to be re-evaluated
