Tracy works with children (2-12), youth (13-18) and families.  She uses an integrative approach to counselling where she draws upon her education, skills and experience to adapt her therapeutic services to meet the diverse needs of her clients.  In her work, she uses a variety of art materials, play-based activities, games, books, puppets and sandtray to help her clients to use creative means to work through difficulties.  Tracy’s passion lies in supporting her clients' natural capacity for healing.  She believes that it is important to journey alongside her clients as they gain insight into their difficulties, discover their inner resources, take risks, overcome obstacles, express themselves therapeutically, learn coping strategies, and strengthen their relationships.

Clients appreciate how Tracy is down-to-earth, attentive to their needs, supportive and non-judgmental. To her practice, Tracy brings several years of experience working with a variety of populations, education in using art and play therapies with children and youth, life experience with all of its ups and downs, and, most of all, passion!  In her leisure time, Tracy enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and friends, spending time at the lake, and delving into creative projects.
