★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçus. La designer n'avait aucun intérêt pour nous ! Nullement intéressée à comprendre ce que nous voulions et loin de nous avoir fait rêver. Rencontre décevante tout comme la deuxième en boutique ou le résultat ne correspondait pas à notre besoin. Même si nous avons manifesté notre déception, elle n'en avait rien à cirer!!! Plus de suivi depuis et un beau 175 $ dans la poubelle! J'ose espérer que le profil de vos designers ne sont pas tous pareil! Vraiment décevant!
Very disappointed. The designer had no interest for us! No one interested in understanding what we wanted and far from making us dream. Disappointing meeting just like the second in shop or the result did not correspond to our need. Even though we expressed our disappointment, she did not have anything to wax !!! More tracking since and a nice $ 175 in the trash! I hope that the profile of your designers are not all the same! Really disappointing!
