Tous les employés étaient super gentils, et l'hygiéniste qui a fait mon nettoyage était très professionnelle et très gentille . Je suis très contente de mon choix!

Super friendly personal who knew how to put me at ease, they gave me all the necessary explanations and gave me several treatment options in order to target what suited me best and gave me an appointment for very quickly followed. I loved the experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did they see me for an emergency assessment, but they replaced existing fillings which had expired, filled in new cavities and repaired my broken tooth. They were extremely kind, experienced and proffessional. Their work is amazing. My teeth feel fantastic after their work. I trust them, and look forward to their future care. Also, they're a 10 min walk from my front door! I can't recommend them more

Below is my experience:
I used the service a total of 3 times, and finally, I wanted to get medical records in English, but he told me that they only provide medical records in French and not in English. （To get this medical recored， I emailed twice , called twice, the 5th time I went to get my medical record in person. total waited half years， They gives only in French, not in English.）
The dental hygienist who served me is still very friendly, but the doctor dr serge garneau is very rude.（He was also not very friendly to fellow dental hygienists. ）I just asked a few questions and he told me impatiently:"quickly， hurry， This dental hygienist is already late."
I waited half a year to get my medical records, but you can't wait 1 minute to solve the problem？
The last time I filled my teeth, it was solved within 10 minutes, and they didn't tell me what material I used for the filling. Just want to make money, poor service. The tooth was not well for a week after filling.
This dental clinic is not recommended for English-speaking patients.

Until now I didnt get my English medical records， they give only French.In my previous dental check-up, the doctor recommended X-rays， I trust him and did, but the medical record did not give it to me either.
