J	Joshua Levin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setting was nice and the pools relaxing. There was an issue on the 2nd day when we went to dump our black water tank. I alerted the management and they were there right away. In addition to that, being a long weekend, they could have pushed it off, but didn't. They called in another company to come in and fix the issue thay day. As a business owner, this is just the type of service that we always strive to provide and what we always hope to expect. Thanks again for the memories, we will tell others and we will most definitely be back.

Friendly staff and very clean, well maintained pool area, change rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended staying here for a quiet little winter getaway.

Wish they would include 1 bundle of fire wood for each night you are camping. Thanks for the lovely relaxing weekend.
M	Marissa McNabb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was one hot pool closed, but the 2 that were open were great. My one son enjoyed jumping into the small cold pool, but I wasn't having any of that! My issue would be with the change areas. The only private change space is in the toilet stalls or the 2 private showers, and there's only one bench and one small bank of lockers. The ladies' change room was packed even though the pools themselves weren't that full.
H	Hollie Moriarty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and overpriced. The staff were miserable and we're not wearing masks, neither were the customers, obviously nobody was enforcing anything. The women's change room was awful, it was dirty, smelly and busy. The pools had way too many people (max was 30). Water was heavily chlorinated to the point that my friends and I were itchy and our jewelry tarnished, which we now have to get fixed. The water wasn't even close to being hot tub temperatures. No lifeguard or staff outside whatsoever, no enforcement. My friends and I hated everything about this "resort". Nothing like a hot springs, seemed like a tourist trap to me.

Rooms are clean and well stocked with everything you need (minus food, obviously) tons of activities for kids and walking distance to an amazing waterfalls. Hot pools were nice and had a beautiful view from the pools. We will definitely be back again!
K	Kamloops and Area Roads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a studio suite. It was clean and cozy. The heater was not too noisy (many hotel heater/ac units keep me awake). I slept great, and had a super relaxing time. The pools were awesome, we spent most of the time in pool one. Pool 2 was hotter, but I couldn’t last quite as long in it. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning regularly.
