They still have my vehicle being "diagnosed" after 9 weeks. (Edit: 8 weeks, as of May 27th it was towed there.) They have an "idea" of what the problem is. Yet, they've finished numerous other vehicle projects within this same time frame. Micheal ignores my calls, and msgs. Gives vague answers that he's waiting on another company (gm tech) to find out what the issue is when I do actually reach him. I've spoken to his mechanic Patrick who is this company's only saving grace, he seems to know what he's doing and is competent. But he's now also screening any of my calls, i'm sure at Micheal's (his boss) insistance.Whereas instead of costing me about 220$ renting a vehicle weekly, he could just say he can't fix the problem and I'd take it to a reputable dealer. Worst mistake ever taking it there on a recommendation. Going to open a BBB complaint soon. No fix should take 2 and half months. Update July 23, 2020 Was able to finally pick it up. Engine that they took out of vehicle was not put back in properly. Missing parts on initial visual vehicle inspection by Gm Mechanic, rear engine mount, can't even put the protective cover panel on the engine as it's dropped 3-4 inches within the mounts. Front bumper removed/replaced, even had a different license plate. Who knows what else will be found out once mech does a full diagnostic of missing or broken parts. Considering this place sells used parts, it is a chop shop after all. He would know all the tricks/secrets of removing good, or newer parts. Wouldn't even let me have the keys to my vehicle after I paid him 440$ to basically do nothing but take apart my engine and not put it back properly. Also for some reason insisted on holding onto my keys until my tow truck arrived. Everything about Micheal Warkinton screams snake oil salesmen. Buyer beware. Document everything, pictures, videos, get it in writing, if dealing with this company.

Got a transfer case put into my truck. Mike was easy to deal with, and Patrick the mechanic was great, even going so far as to check out all of the other parts to make sure nothing else was wrong. Great prices as well! Will 100% return for business!

Every time ive dealt woth these folks its been no pressure, decent parts and prices. Always friendly and pleasant. All parts removed. Highly recomended

After purchasing a tailgate, I has an issue with it, but Michael made sure things were cleared up. Patrick did an excellent job on the repair explaining what work he did to it which was completed at the company's cost. Both gentlemen displayed excellent customer relations.

Still waiting for missing door hinges never shipped them out. Unless you are in person I would not recommend dealing with this company I am into the item for 550 and damages for 1100. Stay away from this guy my advice.

Called and text 1000 times no answer and when I call he with other line. Please if you like you money don't want to get any headache after paying for parts don't deal with this guy. And mostly 5 ?  you seen that is friends and family members. Be careful when you dealing with cheater

Used to get my parts from here without any issue. Told me he had the parts i need a couple months ago. Said i could pick up on saturday in the next town 5 days after he said he had them. Contacted for address on the saturday, no response. Has not responded to any forms of messages since.

again this man is a the thief. Bought parts. took my money and will not ship. also charged in U.S. funds. Will not answer texts and even ignored the questions of the RCMP. do not deal with this man.
