When my family and I decided to move to Kelowna, it was suggested to us by a realtor out of Vernon to use Craig. I am very glad that we did! Moving houses is stressful enough, but moving from another province to a new city 900 km away is a whole new level of stress. Craig made the process pretty painless and was fantastic throughout the negotiation process as well as being our eyes and ears during our inspections, since we couldn't be there. He even waited until past 11 pm on possession day as we made the 9 hour drive to great us at our new home. I highly recommend Craig and would most definitely use him again, should the need arise!

My wife and I just finished working with Craig for the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. We talked to a realtor from a discount brokerage about listing our home and they wanted us to list our house at 60k less than what Craig had recommended. With Craig’s experience and knowledge we were able to sell our house and buy a new house all in the matter of 6 days. We sold our house for just under asking (at the 60k higher list price), and we negotiated a great price on our new house. Craig’s advice was very helpful during this process even though we are quite experienced home buyers and sellers. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We are pretty tough negotiators and Craig was a great asset working with the other realtors involved to get us the maximum on both ends of the deal. We have bought and sold 7 times in the last 10 years and worked with many realtors, I can say without hesitation that Craig is at the top of our list for best overall service and knowledge. His negotiating skills are very strong and above the cut from most realtors we have dealt with in the past, while always being honest and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend him to someone else.

What I appreciated most was Craig’s careful consideration and help to understand all the forms that needed to be signed and his careful scrutiny for loopholes in any offers. I also, knew that Craig was available and willing to meet personally throughout the time the house was on the market, and he was always open to answering any questions. Even though my house was out of town and not very expensive, Craig always carefully considered my concerns. Craig was always calm and never rushed,But at the same time got things done in an orderly and quick manner. I would highly recommend Craig for any transaction as he knows real estate well and obviously very skilled at his job.
