Crack injection works by filling the full width and length of the crack with an expanding polyurethane foam. This is a permanent repair and does not have to be repeated. Unlike other surface repairs, the injected polymers are not exposed to weathering, traffic, or ultraviolet rays.

Zhang was always quick to answer the phone and all my questions and concerns. Someone was able to go to my rental property the next day for a free estimate and they were also punctual! I was able to book them a few days mlater to do the job! Again they were punctual, polite, and professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix their basement water leaks.
UPDATE: we had another leak and they were just as quick to respond as the first time! Zhang was courteous on the phone as always and the men who did the estimate and the work were punctual and polite! They did a fantastic job and put everything back as it was, they even did extra work and went above and beyond! My tenants felt comfortable and respected! Another job well done! Thank you all!

Crack Buster handled the whole repair process very professionally! In February, they came to my house to investigate the leak and provided a quote for a spring repair. Once May came around and the ground had thawed, they got the repair scheduled in a timely manner. The technician who came to do the repair was patient and thorough when he explained the process to me. They did a good job with repairing the crack (which was behind the utility panel and required relocation of some communication cables) but the only blemish was the fact that a coaxial cable for my modem was damaged and disconnected.
