★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this clinic a -10 rating I would Anne, one of the receptionist is very ignorant I called several times to be send by a doctors even requested to be seen in the after hours clinic SHE REFUSED TO BOOK ME! This is outrageous for a family health clinic. How pathetic, I need to be seen by a doctors to have a stitch removed that’s been in for over a month, seriously thinking of finding another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend was told they would contact him when they found him a doctor. HALF A YEAR passes and he calls them, they pretty much said they had no idea what he was talking about, and would contact him back. They leave a message saying nope no doctors available. He pays his taxes, but can’t get any healthcare? And what’s with their hours?! No one working a 9-5 Monday to Friday job can go. They are incompetent!

Dr Gill himself is good, good luck getting to see him though.
Way over booked, never available.
The front desk is a mess of receptionists, some nice most very disrespectful.
They asked 60 days to fill out paperwork that i had a deadline of 90 days. 82 days later papers arent filled out, have to restart process after calling and stopping in regularly to ask if it had been completed.
Overall, i would go to a different physcian.
They have a nice building, bad staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst front desk reception completely un professional. Have never had a positive experience with this place. Embarrassing completely lack respect and care for patients. Over a month wait to see a doctor for anything serious or not. Provide zero help for anyone looking for it. If you enter this place without an appointment be vary careful they will make you feel like the worst human being to walk the earth. If you want to make an appointment it’s completely ruins receptions day and they will make you know it. Zero professionalism and care. Place needs to be closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can only ever get in to see nurse practioners who are just pretending to be doctors, none of them know what they're talking about. Nurses are rude, only 1 nice receptionist (sam, I believe her name is) the rest make you feel like you're inconvienencing them by calling. Ive been talked down to, laughed at, made to feel like I was just some hysteric women, and basically abandoned and left in pain. Might as well not have a doctor at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here since it opened - - staff has always been very courteous , professional and helpful . In the past I moved alot for work and bounced from doctor to doctor for a time ; but extremely grateful that I ended up with Doctor Hodgson .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my Doctor, he is an amazing man and he shows great care for his patients. I have rarely had issues with this location and the reception here. Everyone seems friendly and happy to help.
My only issue here is that sometimes the website os not up to date - showing that it is closed on google when it is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time my doctor at CPHC has taken a 2 year + leave of absence, leaving patients with a rotating door of med students and no consistency of care. This directly impacted disability related paper work when the random doctor I was assigned LIED and claimed I had been a patient of his for years. All services directly offered through here seem to be aimed squarely at seniors, with younger clients often being neglected due to the unbalanced focus of care. Front desk staff can be extremely confrontational bordering on abusive.
It's clear that they have intentionally over rostered all doctors to the point that it is severely impacting many patients and has clearly caused severe burnout and issues for the doctors (to the point they go on endless "leave"). I can't speak for certain but perhaps they are doing this as means to bill the ministry "per head" as opposed to operating in an ethical manner to provide the best care possible
