OUR STORY

What brought us together 

We met in College at Montana State University and the rest was history! Bobby, from Alberta, was in Bozeman on a rodeo scholarship and earned his Bachelors in Environmental Science with a focus on land rehabilitation in 2010. Kaycee is a Montana girl and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2013.  Bobby grew up in the Pincher Creek area and we moved here as a married couple in 2016 to care for Bobby’s late father and the ranch.  Since then we have done nothing but chase cows and kids.  Our three little blessings are Eva (4), Quinn (2), and Jackson (1).  We are so thankful for the opportunity to provide out product directly to the consumer, after all, we’re in the beef business!

The Ranch

Our ranch is located south of Pincher Creek, Alberta along the Rocky Mountain front. After soldering in Belgium and France Bobby’s great grandfather was appointed park warden in Waterton Lakes National Park. After 27 years of service and raising a family he then continued ranching in Twin Butte, AB. Through the generations, family after family has lived off the land, cared for animals, and raised children to do the same. Generational ranching has given us great appreciation for the land and appropriate stewardship of it. Though being nestled up against the mountains has many challenges, to us the benefits out-weigh the difficulties! Our cattle live a full life of summers in the mountains and winters cozied up close to home.
