My son completely ruined his new sweater and had mud caked everywhere! I thought it was a completely loss cause and a ruined sweater. I took it in to coverall and they did more than I could of expected! The sweater came out looking brand new! They also replaced a zipper on my daughters coat as well! I will be taking all my dry cleaning stuff to them and would recommend them to everyone!

Horrific customer service provided from the owner Teagan Gader after her team ruined my brand new Aritzia jacket. She was unwilling to provide any sort of compensation even though the garment had been blatantly shrunk as a result of her cleaners cleaning methods. I had sprayed a very small amount of Spray and Wash on the right shoulder of the jacket prior to taking it to Teagan. I pointed this out upon dropping it off and was assured that this would not be an issue. The jacket was returned to me in much different shape than when I had dropped it off. Not only was the sleeve length 3 inches shorter but the length of the jacket (which used to go to my knees) now sat half way up my thighs. In addition there were multiple pills on the fabric that were not there before and the shoulders seemed to have been shrunk as well. After trying to explain this to Teagan multiple times she basically accused me of lying and said that the jacket came in wet, which is untrue. The jacket came in bone dry besides the very small, damp patch from the spray and wash. How would this change the entire makeup of the jacket?? Her and her team were unwilling to accept responsibility even though it is clear the damage was done while in their care. I told her that I would be happy with being compensated for half of the jacket (even though it had been worn only two times) but she refused to work with me at all. I am extremely disappointed in how she handles her businesses customer service, being in the customer service industry myself I know the standard on how to properly treat clients. Also one of her employees mentioned that this is not the first time a garment has been ruined because of their processes in the past.. I DO NOT recommend using her services.
