★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building EVER. Nine years and two months of monthly water shut offs, 5 floods, belligerent upstairs jerk who made noise from 3 in the morning on. Roof leaked until one tenant had her lawyer go after them. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will never find a better building manager than Yasar. He is friendly and knows everyone in the building. He is more than willing to help with any issues you have and goes above and beyond to make sure tenants are happy. When I couldn’t figure out how to take a light fixture down to change the bulb he immediately offered to come do it for me. When we needed a minor repair done (the baseboard trim was falling off) he had it fixed the next day. By far the best building manager I’ve ever had.
The building itself is quiet, the two bedroom suits are huge and the balconies are MASSIVE. South gives you stunning views of the mountains and north gives you wicked views of the city skyline. The building has pool and saunas and rent includes utilities. There’s also a courtyard to hang out outside with picnic tables and some visitor parking. You can’t get any better than this for the price!
