After signing up, we also realized their customer service and support are amazing to deal with. Cova has really set the standard for cannabis POS software.

Having a background in inventory control i was looking for a system that allows me the the freedom to personalize my options and reports while being thorough in the tracking and reporting sections. Any issues i have had are supported or handled immediately and effortlessly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your solution hurt my business and other Cannabis retailers significantly! You should inform your customers that your platform allows our own customer data to be shared with or to be sold to other parties.
It reminds me Amazon back in 2001 which they came up with a good web solution for Book stores for 100 USD only and after Amazon collected the data of their customers, Amazon started selling books directly to these end users. In 2005, all bookstores including chapters vanished in entire Canada.
Why your team did not disclose Dutchie is going to sell directly to our customers? this is clearly conflict of interest. I did not know headset shares my store data with leafly and many other third party businesses. My customer info builds the value of my business, and investors are not even investing a penny in my business as I am not the sole owner of my customer info. This is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has literally no quality control strategy. Features often malfunction or display erroneous data. When issues are brought up to them with screenshots, etc they have no escalation protocols, they just refer everything to a single tech that seems overworked trying to figure out problems at all hours. When we inform them that their POS malfunctions have cost us sales (customers literally standing there waiting to pay but cannot because the who POS is down) there is no reply stating what they are doing to rectify the issues, no apology, nothing. Their menu display does not even display correctly and is graphically outdated. They should not even be selling this feature. Their integration with payment processor presents specific challenges that regularly surface causing missed expectations with customers. I realize there are not a lot of good options for cannabis POS providers but steer well clear of this one. We've used MJ Freeway, Indica Online and a few others over the years but never had as many challenges as with this company.
