Such a convenient service! Very easy to arrange. Was able to actually tour the town care free and more importantly, bags free. Will use again.

I used this service in Vancouver in September - over 3 months ago as I write this review. When I arrived at the bike store to drop off my backpack, they said they were closing in a couple of hours because of the rain. Weird, and not Bagsaway’s fault, but it meant that half the day I’d paid for was now unavailable for storage. I emailed Bagsaway afterwards who agreed to credit a half-refund… and then weeks pass by without the refund. I email again, they apologize and say it will happen. Months pass by… nothing. It’s not about the money - it’s a small, trivial amount. It’s just righting a wrong situation, and doing what you say you will do. Unfortunately, this company doesn’t. I don’t want the refund anymore, and I don’t want to hear anything from them. Not recommended.

I found BagsAway through a google search while I was travelling and in need of somewhere to store my luggage. I stayed at an Airbnb who would not hold my bags for me on my last day. Luckily, BagsAway was right around the corner and the service was very easy and friendly... saved my last day of travel and allowed me to see a couple of places I had missed during my trip. Great service and highly recommended.

What a great service, so easy to setup and so convenient! Allowed me to travel the city care free! When I initially booked I hadn’t noticed the promo code. I emailed them to apply the promotion after the fact and they refunded me right away. Excellent customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN MONTREAL! We booked a time slot from 11:30am to 3:30pm and was charged $13.90 for 2 bags. We arrived at the location (which is actually a burger joint) on time only to find out from the contact person that they actually open at 12pm, and only after we messaged them to ask what's going on. The staff at the burger place finally shows up at 12:10pm to unlock the door and when we brought our luggage in, he didn't ask for any booking number or confirmation and just took our bags to the back of the kitchen where we cannot see the stoarge area to know if it's clean or sanitary. We then asked if he will provide us with a tag of some sort as identification and he said they don't have such system, he will just remember us when we come back and he, a complete stranger that we've never met in our lives, assured us that our bags are safe and nobody will take our bags. He also disclosed that the people at BagsAway was supposed to send him messages to let him know who and when will be coming by to drop off baggages but people always just show up with bags to store with him never receiving any emails or notifications from BagsAway. We did not feel safe leaving our bags with no identification system what-so-ever so decided to grab our bags back after an hour and requested for a refund. The contact sent us a message saying that we will still be charged $5.50 for the hour and the rest will be refunded. It's been 3 days since this incident and we still have not seen a credit on our statement. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I first posted the above message on their FB page on Nov 1, and someone from Bagsaway replied to my post apologizing and promising a full refund as well as an email to discuss compensations for our bad experience. However, today is already Nov 13 and we have still yet to see the refund show up on our credit card bill and we have not received any emails from Bagsaway as to their plan for compensation as originally offered. We are not going to hold our breath for the refund or their compensation email but wanted to let everyone know that this is not a trust worthy business that honors their word so I wouldn't advise to trust your luggages to them either.
