★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas sympathique du tout. Elle m'a accueillie en parlant à l'autre bout de son atelier. Elle m'a fait comprendre qu'elle ne voulait pas travailler sur ma réparation. Sévère problème d'attitude pour quelqu'un qui travaille avec le public. J'ai déjà fait appel à ses services dans le passé et ce problème d'attitude a toujours été, mais cette fois il est plus problématique que jamais. Mon conjoint a aussi vécu la même situation : il avait littéralement l'impression de la déranger.
Not friendly at all. She greeted me by speaking at the other end of her studio. She made me understand that she didn't want to work on my repair. Severe attitude problem for someone who works with the public. I have used his services in the past and this attitude problem always has been, but this time it is more problematic than ever. My partner also went through the same situation: he literally felt like he was disturbing her.

Je suis venue avec 2 vêtements à réparer, le premier était une retouche au niveau des aisselles, c’était impossible elle n’avait pas les matériaux et pour le deuxième, j’avais justement le tissus pour recouvrir le trou, mais elle n’avait pas le temps malgré lui avoir dis que je n’étais pas du tout pressée. Bref, même en refusant, c’est possible de le faire gentiment. Je déconseille cet endroit.

I came with 2 clothes to repair, the first was a touch-up on the armpits, it was impossible she did not have the materials and for the second, I had the fabric to cover the hole, but she did not. had no time despite telling him that I was in no hurry at all. In short, even if you refuse, you can do it nicely. I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to make some adjustments to suits that I had bought. Lucia was extremely helpful and had great advice in order to have them fit perfectly. She was professional and creative. She did the job pretty quickly and it the price was very reasonable. In the end, the two suits fitted perfectly. I strongly recommend her. Keep in mind though that payment is cash so go withdraw money before picking up your stuff. There's banks around, notably on Mont Royal
