Where do I start? Bill Clarke has been my lawyer for almost 20 years, I cant say enough about this brilliant man. He has never lost any of my legal battles, he certainly has a gift for what he does and he does it well. Bill and the team at Courtyard Law have been looking after me for a long and complicated 10.5 years and I cannot thank them enough for the incredible work they have done for me and my family. I remember the first conversation I had with Bill and feeling like I had been put in good hands right away and every day after. I was young and very scared at the start and he was very patient with me and welcomed my support people into his office with me. He was kind when he needed to be, brutally honest when it was appropriate and always guided me in the best direction to help me look after my children. Whenever I didn't understand the language, direction or anything at all, I always felt safe to ask him directly and he would make sure I understood everything completely, and felt prepared myself, every step of the way. We spent time in court and while I watched him do his thing in the courtroom, it only solidified my trust in him. I have never felt as though Bill was anything but extremely well prepared, efficient and timely, and do have the contrasting experience of dealing with other lawyers who are quite the opposite. My money has never felt wasted, only well invested in my childrens well being. Renee and Debbie, his receptionist and assistant, have become two more people whom I admire and am so very grateful for. Somehow they made a painful process so much less so with their caring personalities and warm smiles at each and every phone call and meeting. Yesterday I got to sit down for the last time as I signed the agreement that we have worked so long and hard for and I'll be grateful for this team for the rest of my life! He looked at all of my information & was very straight forward with his assessment of my situation. After 4 long years & many rejected offer from us, Mr. Clarke was able to secure a satisfactory settlement. I am writing this review much later than anticipated or planned, due in part to life matters and the Global Crisis we all currently see ourselves surrounded in at present. I was very fortunate to retain the services of Mr. William T. (Bill) Clarke and his exceptionally skilled, professional, and courteous Staff at Courtyard Law just over two years ago. From the moment I first walked into their Office I was met with a very understanding, organized and informative front office staff member named Renee. She immediately put me at ease and went right to work preparing me for my meeting with Bill. I’ll be truthfully honest and admit that to the best of my knowledge very few Individuals I’ve known or met, that have had dealings with their lawyers, ever openly admit that it was joyful experience, however, in my case, I exited my first meeting at Courtyard Law with an overwhelmingly positive overview about what the next year or two would bring. As has been mentioned in previous reviews, Bill brings to his profession, a wealth of legal knowledge on Family Law that comes from a dedicated lengthy career serving those clients in need of his expertise. Coupled with that he has served on the “other side of the bench” gaining immeasurable knowledge as a Courtroom Judge... Throughout my almost two year process, I was always kept up to date on how things were progressing and where my case was headed, not only from Bill, but from the rest of the Legal Staff at Courtyard Law. Bill spends much of his time in the courtroom, litigating and providing for his clients, leaving his office staff to provide the necessary updates when required. Of particular mention, his Legal Assistant Debbie Ross, was always available when questions arose, or situations warranted, providing the necessary additional professional and legal direction with my case. The end result had a positive outcome and overall was a very positive experience in a not so positive situation. Bill is direct and right to the point. He did an excellent job working on our recent file for parenting time. I was with a different lawyer before I contacted bill. Having been with a terrible lawyer before makes me appreciate bill so much more! With the first lawyer I had done all the work, I did all the research etc, and that lawyer was basically just there to confirm or deny my questions. I ended up getting in contact with bill through a friend I trust and I was completely blown away by him. He took his lunch time off in order to see me the following day after our first phone call. When I spoke to him he listened intently and asked lots of important questions.at the end he gave me 3 different courses of actions, explained all of them to me and had me choose one, onc I had chosen one he told me Wich he would have chosen and we discussed toghter what direction we should take. Bill is easily reached and is willing to explain things to u so u don't have to worry about how this new thing will effect things. I don't say this about many ppl but bill truly cares about his clients, he understands what they are going through and he wants to help get them through this and give them the result they want. If you are looking for a lawyer, please talk to Bill first, regardless of reviews, talk to him, I'm sure u will have the same confidence in him that I do, and that is such a big thing to have in some one who is fighting for u in your divorce!!

Bill Clarke represented my ex, and he was a worthy opponent. He represented her as if he was her parent or guardian. Although I was successful in the end, if I ever had a case I needed a bulldog to handle, it would be Bill. I'm sorry to see the troubles he is having in his personal life but he needs to get back at it, the public needs lawyers like him!

William.T.Clarke of Courtyard Law is by far a more superior Lawyer then I could have ever imagined. We just finished what can only be called as an incredibly complex case in court. His professionalism, intelligence, and experience was so apparent and obvious through the whole processes ,which therefore made the stress and experience involved in a divorce and separation actually easy to deal with. He was beyond prepared and had every detail covered. I certainly will be recommending William T.
