My husband had a fender bender a couple of years previous and had the repairs done with Courtenay Collision, excellent job, excellent service so back we went with my car. My car has a unique colour and I was nervous about the matchup, well I did not have to worry at all? again excellent job excellent service. Couldn’t be happier. Upon entering my vehicle I was tickled to find a 2022 calendar, a note pad and some chocolates! Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my car I am so beyond grateful that I read the reviews and took my Madza 3 here for an ICBC claim for a bumper repair. Sean was so friendly and knowledgeable, I really appreciated the customer service from start to finish. I also had a tail light leak which was not part of the original claim, and Sean and team repaired it at no extra cost (actually they fixed a previous shop's poor job). Not only that, but my car was shiny and spotless, they used some left over paint to fill in another dent that was not part of the repair AND left me some chocolates in the cup holder inside. Thank you for the above and beyond service and your integrity in the work that you offer, what a great way to end my 2021!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dented my bumper pretty badly, but I didn't want to spend the money on a full repair. Sean was kind enough to punch it out and reshape it the best he could without ordering a new bumper. Only charged me the time he spent. I'm very grateful that he took the time to help me out, I felt no pressure to spend extra money or to repair the car beyond what I felt necessary. Would definitely recommend for honest and friendly service. All that coaching my husband gave me over the phone to negotiate wasn't needed ?
